FAQ

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions I get asked:

How long is a photo-shoot?

A standard shoot is 60 minutes but with a mini-makeover or large family group this can be extended.

Can I have all the images on a CD?

The shoot price does not include all the images on a disc but there is the option to purchase digital images – up to 6 individual photos can be emailed to you and if you purchase more than this they will be put onto a USB. More information can be found on the Pricing page.

I only want one photo so will this cost less?

No the standard session fee and session time still stands no matter how many photos you think you want when you book. It takes time for me to set up the shots and to get the natural expressions I pride myself on.

When can I see my photos?

I edit your images into a slideshow gallery which you will view back at the studio a week after the shoot. This gives me time to colour-correct your images and apply any special effects.

Can I get the gallery online to view at home?

Yes you can have a password protected link to the gallery once you have viewed the edited gallery in the studio and made an initial purchase. The images have to be compressed and watermarked before they go online, which means they may appear grainy and part of the image may be obscured by my logo.  I want you to see the full resolution images firsthand before seeing the reduced resolution web-sized versions.

Can I have a shoot outside?

Yes I can do location shoots, weather dependent. Please get in touch to discuss the options.

Can you come to my house?

Yes I can do a shoot at your home if you are unable to make it to the studio. Please get in touch to discuss this in more detail.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes dogs and other pets are more than welcome if you let me know beforehand they are coming along.

What’s the maximum number number of people I can bring to a shoot?

The most I have had in the studio at any one time is 16 – the more the merrier!
